No International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States and do not support international shipping.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel after this period or if the item has already shipped, we cannot process a refund. Please contact us via sales@golfcartshops.com to request cancellation.

Changing Your Shipping Address or Phone Number

Need to update your shipping details? Contact us immediately at sales@golfcartszon.com before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot change addresses once the order is in transit.

Damaged or Missing Packages

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items thoroughly. If your items arrive damaged or if you have any missing products, email us at sales@golfcartshops.com within 5 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged goods. After 5 days, claims for damaged or missing items will not be accepted.
